As the overseas regional manager, I am responsible for the localization management of payment business in Malaysia, Singapore and other regions, including business communication and relationship maintenance with local banks, payment companies and other cooperative institutions, as well as the exploration of local market opportunities and necessary business operation support.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Business development and maintenance:
? Manage and maintain partnerships with local banks, payment companies and other financial institutions.
? Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
? Ensure the smooth execution of business contracts, including negotiation, signing and renewal.
2. Market Analysis:
? Gain an in-depth understanding of the payments industry in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, including market trends, competitor analysis and customer needs.
? Prepare market analysis reports on a regular basis to provide data support for corporate strategic decisions.
3. Localized customer operations management:
? Establish a good communication mechanism with partners to ensure that customers can get quality services from partners locally and customer needs can be timely responded to. Build and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Ensure business compliance:
? Ensure all business activities comply with local laws and regulations and company policies.
? Identify and manage business risks and report business anomalies to head office in a timely manner.
Job requirements:
? Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, finance, economics or related.
? Work experience: at least 3 years working experience in payment industry or related field, management experience and local payment industry resources are preferred.
? Language skills: Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay.
? Skills required: Excellent negotiation skills, market analysis skills, team management and project management skills.
