JD職務(wù)概述
The purpose of this position is to develop and manage supply chain initiatives for related commodities, The incumbent will be responsible for both strategic and tactical aspects of supply chain procurement including sourcing, supplier negotiations, strategic procurement, quality and delivery improvements, VA/VE, project management.

Responsibility 職責(zé)
1.Develop and implement Global sourcing strategies, ensuring alternative source for core material.
開發(fā)并實(shí)行供應(yīng)商資源戰(zhàn)略，確保關(guān)鍵物料有可替代的供貨資源
2.Contract-wise signing off and implementation, surcharge building.
各類合同（采購合同/倉儲(chǔ)合同/其它）的簽訂及執(zhí)行，價(jià)格調(diào)整機(jī)制的建立
3.Drawing release, RFQ, BPM maintenance, P.O management for new product
新產(chǎn)品的圖紙下發(fā)，詢價(jià)，BPM系統(tǒng)維護(hù)，訂單管理等。
4.Material cost reduction by negotiation & DMO
通過談判/物料優(yōu)化等，實(shí)現(xiàn)直接物料成本降低
5.Capacity analysis and Supply chain optimization
產(chǎn)能分析及供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化
6.Supplier delivery & quality improvements
供應(yīng)商交付和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)
7.Initiate and implement Supplier Development Plan
發(fā)起并實(shí)施供應(yīng)商開發(fā)計(jì)劃
8.Implement assigned job & task from direct manager.
完成直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的工作任務(wù)

Requirement 技能
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred. 機(jī)械專業(yè)本科及以上
2-3 years’ experience in mechanical industry, 2 years in supply chain & procurement prefer. 2-3年的機(jī)械 械行業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷, 具備2年供應(yīng)商及采購工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
Good oral and written English skill, CET 4 mandatory 良好的英語溝通能力，英語4級或以上
Communication with internal and external personnel. 良好的內(nèi)外部溝通能力
Good Office software skill 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件運(yùn)用能力
Major could be not mandatory if English level excellent (CET 6 or above) based on actually job assignment 基于實(shí)際工作安排，如果英語水平在6級及以上，專業(yè)要求可以放寬
