Responsibilities:
Product Line Management:
1. Collaborate with technical team to manage new project development status to ensure on-schedule delivery;
2. Collaborate with global sales team to provide support to any sales enquiry if needed;
3. Sales sample management include: marketing samples for promotion; sales sample preparation and sample inventory management;
4.Sales tools preparation for new products and technologies.Work with cross-functions to provide price list, technical drawing, selling deck to sales force;
4. Collect informtion for regular marketing/sales communication, include new stock mold or new decoration introduction,innovation pipeline update;
Sales Engagement:
1. Be stock mold consultant to sales force, include common technical consultant of stock molds; stock mold recommendation base on project needs, product information consolidation;
2. Lead or support customer meetings independently per sales needs;
Communication:
1. Provide support to tradeshows and commercial events if any;
2. Execute annual release plan at wechat offical account (optional responsiblity)
2. Collect information of APAC new launches for global communication team to prepare marketing collaterals
3. Collect information of stock molds for global communication team to update catelogues on regular basis
Strategic Marketing:
1.Monitor market trends, brand new launches, formulation trends globally on monthly basis through available channels;
2.Collect competition intelligence on quarterly basis with focus on new technologies, new launches and commercial activities of key competitors;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related is preferred;
2. Familiar with marketing work, able to timely find the latest technology and customer information in the industry, with good planning and implementation ability;
3. At least 3 years marketing experience;
4. Fluent English, both verbal and written;
5. Experience in cosmetic packaging industry is preferred;
6. Passionate and self-motivated.
