Sales Strategy and Customer Servicing:
? Develop opportunities with acquired and assigned customers by creating new, and nurturing existing, relationships;
? Manage all elements of business for acquired and assigned customers to achieve sales targets;
? Take detailed briefs for program as needed, which include: item, desired design specifications, quality, ingredients, testing parameters, function, quantity, budget, development lead-time allocated, delivery timing required and any other relevant details;
? Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure projects remain on schedule throughout each phase of development, testing and launch production;
? Provide a monthly account activity update and overall program status;
? Maintain strong working relationship with all relevant HCP teams globally;
? Active participation in social media, understanding the global beauty industry; specifically key customers’ product categories, brand positioning and strategic direction
? Provide a monthly commentary on sales results and variances against budget;
? Effectively work between our customers’ and our operations, engineering and R&D departments in relevant manufacturing locations to provide innovative solutions for our customers.

? Strong KAM skills and independency. Able to assess and find business opportunities in Multinational organizations;
? Must be well prepared for customer meetings and utilize effective sales strategies and techniques with excellent communication and sales skills to efficiently lock in new business;
? Must always be extremely service-minded toward the customer and reflect the highest level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with HCP customers, colleagues and suppliers;
? Must be a clear and detailed communicator with both customers and colleagues;
? Must be well organized and work proactively with HCP teams and customer to ensure project timelines are clearly established and respected;
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college required;
? Proven sales track record of meeting sales goals;
? Strategic sales planning skills;
? Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships;
? 3-5 years of successful sales experience and project managing experience in primary packaging for cosmetics;
? Experience on team management;
? Be able to use English as major working language in listening, reading, speaking and writing.
