條件要求
· 電機電子工程相關(guān)、資訊工程相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士或碩士學(xué)位。
· 具有半導(dǎo)體或電子行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗,特別是與Driver IC相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗。
· 至少3-5年的行銷企劃或產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗。
· 中等的英語能力(書面和口頭),能夠與國際客戶和團隊溝通
· 了解Driver IC產(chǎn)品和技術(shù),包括其應(yīng)用、設(shè)計和市場需求。
工作內(nèi)容
技術(shù)推廣活動:
· 策劃和執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品推廣活動,結(jié)合技術(shù)及市場相關(guān)知識,有效論述公司產(chǎn)品,以達技術(shù)推廣的目的。
· 維持與直接客戶、間接客戶及內(nèi)部團隊的良好溝通,以推動專案進展。
· 與客戶進行技術(shù)趨勢討論,確認Driver IC未來技術(shù)的需求,並收斂可行的技術(shù)規(guī)格。
· 負責客戶QTR (quarterly technical review)會議,匯整公司相關(guān)技術(shù)文件,對客戶進行會報。
· 維護現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)係,收集客戶反饋,並與產(chǎn)品團隊合作改進產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
· 開發(fā)並管理行銷材料,如產(chǎn)品推廣文件、技術(shù)討論文件 等。
· 定期報告客戶專案狀況和進展。
行銷策略建議:
· 進行市場調(diào)查,分析市場趨勢、競爭對手和客戶需求。
· 根據(jù)市場研究結(jié)果,向總部建議行銷策略和計劃,包括產(chǎn)品定位、目標市場和行銷目標。
· 確認產(chǎn)品的價值主張,制定差異化的行銷策略 以提高市場接受度。
跨部門協(xié)作:
· 與銷售、研發(fā)、產(chǎn)品管理等部門緊密合作,確保行銷策略與公司整體戰(zhàn)略一致。
· 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,支持行銷活動的順利進行。
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
· Work experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry, especially related to Driver ICs.
· At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing planning or product management.
· Intermediate English skills (written and verbal), capable of communicating with international clients and teams.
· Understanding of Driver IC products and technologies, including their applications, design, and market demand.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Promotion Activities:
· Plan and execute product promotion activities, combining technical and market-related knowledge to effectively present the company's products for the purpose of technical promotion.
· Maintain good communication with direct customers, indirect customers, and internal teams to drive project progress.
· Engage in technical trend discussions with customers to identify future technology needs for Driver ICs and refine feasible technical specifications.
· Be responsible for customer QTR (Quarterly Technical Review) meetings, consolidating relevant technical documents from the company and presenting them to the customer.
· Collect customer feedback, and collaborate with the product team to improve products and services.
· Develop and manage marketing materials, such as product promotion documents and technical discussion documents.
· Regularly report on the status and progress of customer projects.
Marketing Strategy Recommendations:
· Conduct market research, analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
· Based on market research results, recommend marketing strategies and plans to headquarters, including product positioning, target markets, and marketing objectives.
· Identify product value propositions and formulate differentiated marketing strategies to increase market acceptance.
