職位概述：課程顧問(wèn)是潛在客戶(hù)在EF最先接觸的人，課程顧問(wèn)通過(guò)與客戶(hù)建立良好的關(guān)系，并根據(jù)客戶(hù)的需求定制個(gè)性化及長(zhǎng)期學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)劃，最終負(fù)責(zé)向客戶(hù)銷(xiāo)售EF課程。

工作職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)向新客戶(hù)提供銷(xiāo)售咨詢(xún)，包括有效識(shí)別他們的需求，介紹合適的EF課程產(chǎn)品來(lái)滿(mǎn)足他們的需求，并達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售。

2、與客戶(hù)建立良好、緊密的溝通，開(kāi)發(fā)、建立并維護(hù)客戶(hù)的關(guān)系。

3、根據(jù)客戶(hù)的需求和興趣提供相關(guān)咨詢(xún)，并制定合適的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。

4、針對(duì)客戶(hù)不同的需求以及現(xiàn)狀，定制個(gè)性化的課程計(jì)劃，達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。

5、公司安排的其他行政或運(yùn)營(yíng)任務(wù)和職責(zé)。

2、具備出色的溝通技能和解決問(wèn)題的能力，具備良好的銷(xiāo)售技能；具有良好的情緒和壓力把控能力；

4、能熟練使用辦公軟件；

5、能接受周末工作（休息日在周一到周五之間）；

Course Consultant

Synopsis:

A Course Consultant is the first contact point between EF and the potential customer. The Senior Course Consultant is ultimately responsible for selling EF courses to customers by building the relations and offering the most suitable program based on customer needs and developing a long-term study plan.

You will:

Develop suitable study plan according to needs and expectations of customers, achieve sales target.

Establish good and close communication with customers, develop, establish and maintain customer relationships.

Discuss with customers about their long and mid-term plan, set right progress expectations.

According to the different needs and current situation of customers, customize the personalized curriculum plan to achieve the sales target.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by company when needed.

You have/are:

Like children, like early childhood education, have affinity, sense of responsibility and patience;

Excellent self-learning ability.

Open minded, willing to communicate with people, good communication skill.

Good sales sense and skills.

Able to work under pressure.

Skilled in Microsoft Office.

Able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

Sales experience or education background is preferred.
