Job Description:
The candidates are expected to carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
1. Perform HR duties in one or more of them: recruitment, employee relationship, academic staff performance management, etc;
2. Assist to formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance;
3. Assist in maintaining the information on the HR website, HR Official Wechat Platform and eHR system;
4. Conduct liaison with internal and external parties on HR projects on talent acquisition, employer branding and other HR initiatives;
5. Prepare periodic HR reports for analysis and management review;
6. Support the whole office/warehouse general administrative duties, office management;
7. Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
1. Have a recognized degree holding in Human Resource Management, English, Psychology or other relevant area, master degree will be preferable;
2. 3 years or above recruitment-related experience in HR in the sizable company, experience in higher education institution will be preferable;
3. Well versed with Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations and practices;
4. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them with great clarity;
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
7. A good team player, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills.
