主要工作內(nèi)容 (Key Responsibilities)：
1.學(xué)生留學(xué)申請(qǐng)支持 (Student Application Support):
準(zhǔn)備、文書修改及面試輔導(dǎo)。
跟進(jìn)申請(qǐng)進(jìn)度，確保學(xué)生及時(shí)提交所有必要文件。
2.團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作 (Team Collaboration):
與教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，為學(xué)生提供支持服務(wù)，幫助學(xué)生提升學(xué)術(shù)能力和申請(qǐng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
與招生團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)接，確保招生與申請(qǐng)流程的順暢銜接。
協(xié)調(diào)國(guó)內(nèi)大學(xué)學(xué)院的相關(guān)部門，共同推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和發(fā)展。
3.學(xué)生咨詢與問(wèn)題解決 (Student Counseling and Problem Solving):
提供留學(xué)政策和目標(biāo)國(guó)家教育體系的相關(guān)咨詢服務(wù)。
協(xié)助學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)解決申請(qǐng)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題，制定個(gè)性化解決方案。
4.其他相關(guān)工作 (Other Duties):
參與相關(guān)的學(xué)生活動(dòng)及推廣活動(dòng)，如留學(xué)講座、工作坊等。

1.教育背景 (Educational Background):

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Study Abroad Advisor for our International Foundation Program. This role focuses on supporting foundation students with undergraduate applications to universities in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and more. The advisor will work closely with academic teams, admissions teams, and university departments to ensure the successful implementation of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Student Application Support:
Guide students through the undergraduate application process, including university selection, document preparation, personal statement editing, and interview coaching.
Track application progress and ensure timely submission of all required materials.
2.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with academic teams to provide tailored support that enhances students' academic and application success.
Liaise with admissions teams to ensure smooth alignment between recruitment and application processes.
Coordinate with university departments to drive program initiatives and growth.
3.Student Counseling and Problem Solving:
Offer expert guidance on study abroad policies and target countries’ education systems.
Help students and parents address challenges in the application process with customized solutions.
4.Other Duties:
Participate in relevant student engagement and promotional activities, such as workshops and study abroad fairs.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the program.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
Overseas study experience or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the study abroad industry.
2.Language Proficiency:
Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) for seamless communication with international universities and students.
3.Professional Skills:
Familiarity with undergraduate application procedures and higher education systems in countries like the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
