崗位職責:

In this role, you will:

1. Work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options.
2. The role holder will be a major point of contact with the business and IT. Business Analyst will work independently and should have a high level of flexibility to consult with the business at all levels.
3. They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationships with all delivery partners and with Global Functions.
4. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, taking a lead analyst role in larger projects, directing all analyst activity.
5. The role holder will support programme Delivery and IT Operations with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.

Collaborates with Business /Subject Matter Experts /Process Experts to define requirements, assess the current state of business processes, identifies Business & Customer pain points, designs solutions and structures based on business requirements & identified pain points.

Knowledge:

1. Strong Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques skills.
2. Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.
3. Basic Business reengineering knowledge.
4. Knowledge of MS Office and Process Modelling tools/ business analysis tools, Jira and confluence.


Experience:
1. Relevant experience in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regions.
2. Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise.
3. Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation, or consulting activities.
4. Experience in change adaption processes, plan and implement change intervention to enable smooth transition and Embed changes and transitioned to Business as usual, from requirements gathering, communications till training final user.
