崗位職責：

Responsibilities:

1. 負責終端產品的翻譯，執(zhí)行對應母語的真機測試，對翻譯項目進行復盤和總結，進而對研發(fā)&UX進行反向賦能；

Translate terminal apps, test them on real devices in the target language, and review translation projects to reversely empower R&D & UX

2. 端到端負責終端產品的翻譯項目（手機&大屏&PC&穿戴等），對產品的風格指南、術語、規(guī)范等資產進行維護和改進；

Responsible for the end-to-end translation of apps for various terminal devices (mobile phones, large-screen devices, PCs, wearables, etc.), update and improve product assets such as style guides, terminology, and specifications

3. 對終端產品進行競品分析，能提出改進措施并落地；

Perform competitive analysis for terminal apps, propose improvement measures, and put them into practice

4. 了解終端產品的界面設計開發(fā)，熟悉母語下的全球化特性相關知識，對產品的本地化/全球化相關工作提出改進建議。

Know how to design and develop UIs of terminal apps, familiar with the knowledge about the globalization features of those apps in the target language, and make suggestions for improving their localization/globalization

任職要求：

Requirements:

1. 英語母語人士優(yōu)先，中籍也可，英語聽說讀寫能力嫻熟，熟悉英語國家語言文化習慣；

Native English speakers are preferred, Chinese nationals are also acceptable, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and familiar with the language and culture habits of English-speaking countries;

2. 語言文化或通信類專業(yè)本科以上學歷（含本科），且具有4年（含）左右ICT領域文檔翻譯或UI翻譯經(jīng)驗，有手機等產品翻譯經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

A bachelor's degree or above in language, culture, or communication and about four years (inclusive) of experience in ICT document/UI translation (those who are experienced in the translation of apps for mobile phones and other terminal devices are preferred)

3. 熟練使用Trados\Xbench等CAT工具，對管理翻譯任務、翻譯質量、翻譯流程等有相關經(jīng)驗，能針對母語質量提升給出相關工具+流程的優(yōu)化措施；

Proficiency with CAT tools such as Trados/Xbench, practical experience in managing translation tasks, quality, and processes, and the ability to optimize tools and processes to improve translation quality

4. 具備項目協(xié)調能力，在交期緊張的情況下也能按時保質完成任務。

Ability to coordinate and complete time-pressed tasks on schedule
