1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,信息技術(shù)等相關(guān)專業(yè);
College degree or above, major in information technology and other related majors.
2、個人電腦,服務(wù)器、網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及防火墻(Palo-Alto)經(jīng)驗,在面試時會有相應(yīng)的技術(shù)測試;
Experience on PC, Server, Firewall (Palo-Alto) maintenance/or related knowledge;
3、能夠進行有效的直接溝通以及書面溝通
Be able to communicate effectively in person and by email
4、英語或者德語熟練或者優(yōu)秀;
Proficient or excellent in English or German.
5、必須能勝任出差,有能力搬動電腦類的IT設(shè)備。
Must be able to travel if required. Must be able to lift and move computer equipment
職責(zé)與工作任務(wù):
Responsibilities and work tasks:
1.在公司業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境范圍內(nèi), 給所有用戶相關(guān)IT技術(shù)支持。
To provide IT support to all users in a business environment.
2.在公司業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境范圍內(nèi),收集/滿足用戶IT相關(guān)合理需求
To collect/meet reasonable IT requirement from the users in a business environment.
3.給新用戶培訓(xùn)IT政策、標準和日常操作。
To Train new user for IT Policy,Standard and Daily Operation.
4.安裝并支持微軟系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用程序。
Installation of and support of standard Windows systems and software applications.
5.執(zhí)行服務(wù)器的例行維護任務(wù)(包括內(nèi)部和遠程的)。
Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers.(Internal and External)
6.執(zhí)行監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的例行維護任務(wù)(包括攝像頭)
Perform routine maintenance tasks on Monitoring System.(Include All Cameras)
7.執(zhí)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)的例行維護任務(wù)。
Perform routine maintenance tasks on Network.
8.執(zhí)行日常備份及定期恢復(fù)測試工作。
Perform daily backup and regular recovery test.
9.執(zhí)行IT相關(guān)設(shè)備的采購申請以及登記、變更、報廢等管理。
Perform IT Equipment management such as Purchasing Request, Register,Change and Disposal.
10.維護公司手機以及個人手機上的公司應(yīng)用。
Perform maintain to company cell phone and company application in private cell phone.
11.準備每月的IT運行狀態(tài)報表。
Prepare monthly IT Key indicators report.
12.協(xié)助中國區(qū)IT經(jīng)理完成IT相關(guān)工作。
Assisting the IT Manager in IT work.
13.有可能在中國區(qū)內(nèi)出差到其它嘉利達公司。
Travel to other company locations within China may be required.
