    LOCATION: Shanghai, China


    DIRECT REPORTING: VP/GM, Industrial APAC


    We are seeking an experienced China Marketing Manager to
    join our team. The role is responsible for the overall development and
    execution of the marketing strategy and related activities for CIRCOR China
    Region. The essential responsibilities majorly include strategy planning,
    product management, pricing, marketing Intelligence and communications. This
    role will also be closely worked with colleagues in the global Marketing and
    Sales functions of CIRCOR.


    You will:

    • Lead the strategic planning for the region. Own the execution of the strategic
      initiatives.
    • Design the product roadmap and Go-to market plans. Run market, as well as
      competition analysis. Gather early market trends and customer needs,
      translating those into product requirements.
    • Take lead of specified marketing activities including but not limited to: VOC
      & idea generation, new product development & strategic growth
      initiative related projects, promotion, lead generation and follow up, and
      be responsible for the funnel size and quality in strategic target
      markets。
    • For VOC & all related studies, be responsible for surveys implementation
      and follow ups, in alignment with the sales team in the countries.

    • Lead Product Management and Pricing function in China Region and coordinating
    • cross APAC Region.

    • Closely
      coordinate with global Product Management team to ensure the local product
      roadmaps are aligned with global roadmaps, ensuring the local requirements
      are considered to meet the customer demand. Drive and prepare business
      cases leading to local or global product portfolio extensions in alignment
      with the local market requirements.
    • Lead the promotion activities, including the customer experience program as well as promotional activities such as exhibitions (from budgeting, to planning and execution with suppliers), marketing events, communications with customers, channels and internal customers/employees.
    • Owns business development of selected target initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams. Drives activities such as lead generation & follow up, win/loss analysis, –joint customer visits, pursue the suspect &
      prospect customer at the early stage.

    You Have:


    • Good knowledge and understanding of strategic, product management and/or business development methodologies and techniques.

    • Business Development & good knowledge of the flow control market, its structure, stakeholders and trends

    • Strong ownership and leadership skills. Ability to work and communicate across multiple cultures.

    • Excellent analytical, communication, problem resolution and decision-making skills.

    • Feel comfortable with ambiguity and capable of taking action without a
      finalized scope.

    • Be able to engage with strategic questions to help shape and define the
      problem at hands, manage risks and expectation and effectively drive
      clarity and project forward.

    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (very important), Office toolboxes.

    • Flexible in working hours to adapt to time zones and high resilience expected.

    Education:

    • BS required, prefer to major in Engineering / Business / Technology preferred
    • Master’s degree preferred, but not a must

    • 10 years experiences in the relevant industry and in Marketing or Sales
      functions

    Language skills

    • Fluent spoken and written English and mother tongue of Mandarins are required。

    Working Location

    • Based in Shanghai China with about 10% domestic and international travels
