POSITION DETAILS
1. 管理采購訂單,跟蹤訂單狀態(tài),與物流、倉儲(chǔ)密切合作,確保按時(shí)交貨并處理任何可能出現(xiàn)的問題。Manage purchase orders, track order status, and closely collaborate with logistics and warehousing to ensure on-time delivery and deal with any possible problems.
2. 監(jiān)控采購成本,確保采購的價(jià)格準(zhǔn)確性。Monitor procurement costs to
ensure price accuracy.
3. 按照財(cái)務(wù)要求提交外幣付款申請(qǐng)、處理發(fā)票和供應(yīng)商對(duì)賬及異常處理。Submit foreign currency payment requests according to financial requirements, handle invoices, and manage vendor reconciliations and exceptions.
4. 確保所有國際采購活動(dòng)符合當(dāng)?shù)睾蛧H貿(mào)易法規(guī)及公司內(nèi)部合規(guī)政策。Ensure all international procurement activities comply with local and international trade regulations and internal trade compliance policies.
5. 協(xié)助制定和實(shí)施采購合規(guī)策略,確保合同條款的合規(guī)性。Assist in the development and implementation of procurement compliance strategy to ensure the compliance of contract terms.
6. 識(shí)別和評(píng)估潛在的貿(mào)易合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出改進(jìn)建議。Identify and assess potential trade compliance risks and provide improvement recommendations.
7. 熟悉基本國際貿(mào)易知識(shí)例如:貿(mào)易術(shù)語、原產(chǎn)地規(guī)則,HS編碼規(guī)則,反傾銷政策等,跟蹤相關(guān)法規(guī)的變化并進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。Understand basic international trade knowledge, such as trade terms, rules of origin, HS coding rules, and anti-dumping policies; track relevant regulatory changes and conduct training.
8. 定期向管理層匯報(bào)市場趨勢(shì)及合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施。Regularly report market trends and compliance risks to management, proposing countermeasures.
9. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
1. 5年以上國際貿(mào)易、供應(yīng)鏈管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Over 5 years of experience in international trade, supply chain management, or related fields.
2. 熟悉國際貿(mào)易法律法規(guī)及合規(guī)管理流程。Familiarity with international
trade laws and regulations and compliance management processes.
3. 具備較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,能夠處理跨文化溝通。Strong communication skills
with the ability to handle cross-cultural communication.
4. 熟悉SAP,熟練使用Word、EXCEL、PPT等。Familiar with SAP, proficient in Word, EXCEL, PPT, etc.
5. 邏輯思維清晰,具備良好的分析能力和解決問題的能力。Clear logical thinking with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. 英語流利,能夠進(jìn)行專業(yè)讀寫及口頭溝通。Fluent in English, capable of
professional reading, writing, and oral communication.
