主要職責：
初中教學主任的主要職責是監(jiān)督，評價和保證虹橋校區(qū)的教學質(zhì)量水平。初中教學主任是校區(qū)領(lǐng)導團隊的重要成員，也是負責對接政府有關(guān)教學要求并保證實施質(zhì)量的第一線責任人。

? 參與初中部校區(qū)領(lǐng)導團隊（CLT）的工作。
Participate in Middle School Campus Leadership Team
? 支持初中部教師提高教學實踐水平，促進其專業(yè)能力發(fā)展。
Support the development of Middle School teachers in improving their instructional practice
? 創(chuàng)立教學法指導項目組，發(fā)展教學法導師，以幫助導師們更好的與學科組以及老師合作，并引導科組及教師在教學法上的專業(yè)成長
Establish a coaching program and support the development of instructional coaches in their work with individual teachers and departments to improve the overall quality of teaching and learning
? 領(lǐng)導全校范圍內(nèi)的教學改進項目，為學科部門及個體教師提供針對性支持與指導。
Lead campus-wide pedagogical initiatives, providing departmental and individual support and guidance
? 與其他校區(qū)領(lǐng)導團隊成員緊密合作，負責新入職及返聘教師的選聘、入職培訓、試用期管理和績效評估。
Work closely with other CLT members on appointment, induction, probation, and performance review of new and returning teaching staff
? 管理實驗室技術(shù)員，確保科學實驗室的安全運行，并監(jiān)督相關(guān)政策和操作流程的實施。
Manage the Lab Technicians to oversee the safety and overall practices, policies and procedures of the Science Labs
? 負責管理圖書館團隊及其運行，確保圖書館及其資源的有效利用。
Manage the Library staff and program to ensure effective use of the library and its resources
? 確保所有政府要求的工作和溝通事項得到及時落實，并根據(jù)需要與相關(guān)方跟進落實。

Work closely with Heads of Department and Middle School Deputy Principal (Academics) to moderate curriculum, instruction and assessments within subjects and departments
? 與初中副校長（學術(shù)）合作，通過正式和非正式的課堂觀察，依據(jù)包校教學標準監(jiān)督和評估校區(qū)的教學質(zhì)量。
Work closely with the Middle School Deputy Principal (Academics) to monitor and evaluate campus teaching and learning quality through formal and informal classroom observations aligned to Pao Teaching Standards
? 與初中副校長（學術(shù)）緊密配合，負責年度目標設(shè)定、教師發(fā)展計劃以及專業(yè)評估體系（評估人與被評估人）的實施。
Work closely with the Middle School Deputy Principal (Academics) to administer yearly target setting, staff development plans, and a professional review system (reviewer/reviewee)
? 與初中副校長（學術(shù)）合作，通過課堂內(nèi)外的示范教學和優(yōu)秀實踐分享，推動高質(zhì)量的教學標準。
Work closely with the Middle School Deputy Principal (Academics) to promote high-quality teaching standards through modelling and sharing of best practices in and out of the classroom
? 與初中副校長（學術(shù)）共同協(xié)調(diào)校區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的內(nèi)部與外部專業(yè)發(fā)展項目，并與其他校區(qū)領(lǐng)導團隊成員配合推進相關(guān)工作。
Work closely with the Middle School Deputy Principal (Academics) to facilitate campus-wide internal and external professional development programs through coordination with the other CLT members
? 與英語、人文學科、體育與健康以及中文學科的教師密切合作，指導和支持他們在課程、教學和評估改進中的實踐和發(fā)展。
? Work closely with subject teachers in English, Humanities, PHE, and Chinese departments to coach and develop them as they implement improvements in curriculum, instruction, and assessment in their classes

? 與相關(guān)老師溝通并傳達內(nèi)部和外部的學生學業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)，促進教職工工作規(guī)劃。
Share and communicate educational data internal and external with relevant staff to help inform planning
? 負責監(jiān)督并確保與家長、學生、各部門以及政府機構(gòu)就初中學術(shù)相關(guān)事宜進行準確、及時且高質(zhì)量溝通 。
Supervise and ensure high quality and timely communication with parents, students, other departments, and government officials regarding Middle School Academics.
? 協(xié)助組織和實施與家長相關(guān)的學術(shù)活動與溝通，并根據(jù)需要做好每周家長通告的溝通。
Support the organization and execution of parents’ academic-related events and communication as well as contribute to weekly circular communication as required

要求：
1.碩士或以上學歷；
2.3 年以上學校中高層管理崗位經(jīng)驗 ；3 年以上教師導師經(jīng)驗； 3 年以上指導教師專業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗；10 年以上教學經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
3.持有效教師資格證；
4.須有優(yōu)秀的英文能力，雙語能力強；
5.具備開放的思維模式，勇于探索創(chuàng)新精神，樂于接受新理念新事物，有較強的團隊合作意識；關(guān)愛學生，盡心盡責；
