主要工作職責Main Responsibilities:

項目協(xié)調(diào)員負責EP拓展項目單項目的全過程實施，包括參與項目策劃到項目實施。拓展項目為包校學生和校外學生提供一系列獨特的課外課程和假期活動。

The school campus is a busy place. As well as a whole lot of teaching and learning going on, there are suppliers, repairs, after school clubs and other activities and users. You need to ensure that our activities fit seamlessly around these. To do so, you liaise frequently with key management within the school, negotiate with support services, plan and arrange your needs so that it all runs well.

You are responsible for the welfare of the children at on campus when our activities are taking place. To achieve this, you ensure that all your staff and vendor personnel are correctly trained and monitored; you implement safeguarding processes; and you ensure that these are monitored and delivered.

You ensure that your customers – parents and children – are happy and enthusiastic about the Pao EP experience. This is achieved by ensuring that your staff, our faculty and vendors are providing a high level of service to our customers. You get to know your customers over time, and you seek out helpful feedback to act on, be it positive or negative.
財務績效 Financial Performance
通過促進銷售并管理業(yè)務以優(yōu)化你的工作績效。EP項目核心團隊將在市場營銷方面進行支持。但與此同時，你仍需要自己尋找商機，包括將現(xiàn)場咨詢轉(zhuǎn)換為成功的營銷。You drive top line sales and manage your business to optimize bottom line performance. In this you are substantially supported by sales and marketing in the EPSP central team. Nevertheless, you will need from time to time to pick up a sales opportunity yourself – including you and your team converting on the spot enquiries into a sale.

招聘要求Requirements:
1. 大學本科及以上學歷；
2. 5年以上工作經(jīng)驗，具有知名零售及教育企業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；1-2年的管理崗位經(jīng)驗；有海外經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
3. 核心崗位技能：
在一所優(yōu)秀的雙語學校中，以客戶為中心的要求下所需要達到的高標準的英語、口語和寫作水平；
非常強的溝通能力和解決問題能力；
具有數(shù)字的商業(yè)敏銳度以及相匹配的財務基礎知識，例如計算成本、價格、折扣；以及閱讀和報告損益表；
熟練使用主流趨勢下的各類辦公信息軟件及技術(shù)，包括視頻和語音通信、消息傳遞和電子郵件、編寫文檔和使用電子表格；
