PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責(zé)與責(zé)任
● Handle Accounts Receivable and debt collection functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
根據(jù)公司政策和程序,處理應(yīng)收賬款及債務(wù)催收工作。
● Liaise with customers and the sales team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
與客戶及銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通,解決未結(jié)賬款及爭議問題(如有)。
● Co-work with related invoicing team and handle some special invoicing request from key account customers
與相關(guān)開票團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,處理關(guān)鍵客戶的特殊開票請求。
● Perform daily accounting operation, account receivable and bank transactions support etc.
執(zhí)行日常會計(jì)操作、應(yīng)收賬款和銀行交易支持等工作。
● Handle the general administration works, and ad hoc tasks as required
處理一般行政事務(wù),并根據(jù)需要完成臨時(shí)任務(wù)。
PERSON SPECIFICATION
職位要求
● Diploma or above, with a preference for candidates with a major in Accounting.
中專及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)先考慮會計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)。。
● At least 1 year relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or debt collection
至少1年相關(guān)應(yīng)收賬款、信用控制或債務(wù)催收經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills capable of effective collaboration with various departments.
具備較強(qiáng)的溝通、演示及人際交往能力,能夠與不同部門高效協(xié)作。
● Outgoing, proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese and Chinese. Proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
外向,流利的廣東話和中文口語及書面表達(dá)能力。英語口語是加分項(xiàng)。
● Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
● Self-motivated with positive working attitude

● Report incidents, accidents or other issues to Line Manager
向直屬經(jīng)理報(bào)告事故、意外或其他問題。
● Assist in investigation of incidents. Recommend & follow-up on prevention measures
協(xié)助事故調(diào)查,并提出及跟進(jìn)預(yù)防措施。
● Address hazards/ non-conformances brought to their attention
處理被報(bào)告的危險(xiǎn)或不符合規(guī)定的情況。
● Assess whether his/ her workers work safely & ensure safety rules are followed
評估并確保員工安全工作,確保遵守安全規(guī)則。
● Train, instruct and supervise staff, contractors under their control adequately on their duties and the SHE aspects
對下屬員工和承包商進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)穆氊?zé)培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督,特別是在SHE方面。
● Monitor and maintain good housekeeping in the area under their control
監(jiān)控并保持所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的良好工作環(huán)境。
● At all times set a good example to comply with SHE work practices and rules
始終以身作則,遵守SHE工作實(shí)踐和規(guī)定。
● Ensure hazards are minimized for staff, contractors, visitors and public
確保為員工、承包商、訪客及公眾最小化安全隱患。
