Location: remote 1.Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, leveraging expertise in inverter and battery technology to resolve dispatched customer issues promptly. 2.Provide extensive support for BESS incl. inverter technology, both from an office-based and field service perspective. 3.Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers, commissioning and site acceptance services, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, as well as upgrades or rework activities. 4.Ensure webinars and on-site training sessions, up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes. 5.Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriately to customer feedback on areas for improvement. 6.Prepare documentations and work instructions, participate actively in claim management and RMA process, customer feedback, and analysis support. 1.Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer or similar, with knowledge in inverter technology 2.Experience in PV Inverter and Energy Storage System industry is preferred. 3.Experience in claim handling, solution finding, and execution. 4.Ability to work independently and with structure in an international environment. 5.Strong customer orientation, coupled with good discipline, teamwork, and self-motivation. 6.Be willing to undertake frequent business travel. 7.Possession of a valid driving license.
