Responsibilities
? Work with multiple client stakeholders directly and follow the given instructions.
? Provide the language support in Chinese and English for the communication with APAC supplier’s
? Convert the original communication written in the English onto the Local language (Chinese)
? Supplier helpdesk support e.g. Query resolutions, Follow-up & reminders, coordination’s with internal/ external stakeholders.
? Monitor and Track engagement progress and update on a excel tracker
? Data reconciliation and Data validation and tracker updates
? Weekly reporting
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills.
? Graduate / Post graduation degree in any workstream.
? Proficient in Chinese and English languages.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
? Ability to work independently when required, and as part of a team.
