Description
As a receptionist , you will:
? meet and greet employees, customers and guests with a professional demeanor and positively welcome them to the office
? receive all incoming guests, visitors, clients courteously drawing on company values as the first impression.
? assist with customer registration at reception and issuance of visitor badges
? answer incoming phones
? manage access control system and badges
? provide necessary reports and support supervisor as required
? other facilities & event coordination upon request
Education & Experience
College graduate major in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
