Responsibilities: 職責: A. 負責前臺日常行政事務,安排和協(xié)調行政人事部門的工作,確保各項工作按時完成。 B. 會議室管理,包括預定,準備會議室,和零食,鮮花,禮物等。 C. 負責接待國內外來訪人員。確保辦公室整潔,提醒正式的著裝要求。 D. 收發(fā)公司所有的信函,郵件和快遞。 E. 按規(guī)定負責辦公室的節(jié)能和安全工作。 F. 負責公司電話的接聽和轉達。 G. 負責每月公司員工考勤的管理。 H. 負責預訂機票、火車票,酒店和其他需要的安排。 I. 在需要的情況下,去辦公室外辦事。 J. 辦公室物品的采購,以及每月辦公室費用的申請,包括房租、物業(yè)費、水電費等; K. 協(xié)助組織公司各類活動,包括生日會,內部活動,合作伙伴活動,市場部活動等。 L. 協(xié)助外國客人在辦公室的需求,或陪同他們參加一些會議,幫助翻譯或當?shù)販贤ā?br>M. 保持辦公室公共區(qū)域的整潔,將咖啡機的水倒?jié)M,并確保飲用水是滿的。 N. 保持儲物室的組織和整潔。 O. 上級分配的其他任務。 P. 協(xié)助企業(yè)文化活動策劃和組織。 A. Master the daily Administration affairs, arrange and coordinate the work of the Admin & HR department to ensure achieving all tasks completed on time. B. Meeting room management, including reservation, set up and equipment, arrange the room, and arrange some snacks, flowers, gifts, etc. C. Responsible for receipting domestic and foreign visitors. Confirming offices are tidy and remind about formal dress code. D. Send and Receive all the letters and emails of the company. E. Responsible for office Energy Saving and Security procedures according to regulations. F. Responsible for answering and switching phone calls to ensure all calls are handled properly. G. Responsible for the management of monthly attendance records. H. Book tickets, hotel, and other arrangements required. And make sure all relevant details are provided in time I. Potentially running some errands for the company outside the office. J. Responsible for the purchase of office supplies and requests of monthly office expenses, including office rental fee, building management fee, utility, etc. K. Assist the organization of all kinds of company events including birthday party, internal activity, partner's events and so on. L. Assist foreign guests when their needs in the office or in some cases escort them to some meetings to help with translation or with local communications. M. Keep public areas of the office tidy and clean, fill up the coffee machine, and make sure water stands are full. N. Keep the storage room organized and tidy. O. Assigned tasks by senior management. P. Good spoken and writing English, good writing and communication skills. CET-4 or above is required. D. Good computer skills. E.
