崗位職責(zé)：

1. 具體組織裝置的生產(chǎn)與操作，確保裝置在安全穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下運行，達成生產(chǎn)目標；

2. 在生產(chǎn)過程中嚴格按照ISO要求全面落實工藝要求，糾正工藝偏離，防范不當(dāng)操作，提出工藝改進措施；負責(zé)各類計量數(shù)據(jù)的匯總、統(tǒng)計及分析；
Be responsible for fully implementing the production process, correct process departure, prevent incorrect operation and make the process improve suggestion; Be responsible for the collecting, statistic and analyzing work of various measurement data;
3. 積極組織配合檢維修工作，督促班組成員做好設(shè)備、設(shè)施、器材、器具的檢查維護工作，確保狀態(tài)完好和運行正常；
Be responsible for organizing the examination and maintenance of equipments, supervise employees finishing the maintenance job to ensure the facilities are in good condition and running smoothly;
4. 通過巡檢能盡早地發(fā)現(xiàn)并確認可能的安全和工藝隱患，同時對這些風(fēng)險做初步分析；及時專業(yè)地組織力量消除，記錄并及時向上級匯報。參加事故調(diào)查分析，落實防范措施；
Try to find the safety and process hazards by routine check and make the primary analysis; Organize the professional force to deal with the hazards in time, make the records and report to supervisors; Participate in accident diagnoses, put the precautionary measures into effect;
5.參與對員工的績效評價，輔導(dǎo)與幫助員工改進；
Participate on employee performance review, coach and help employee to make improvements;
6. 按照ISO內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)計劃執(zhí)行對生產(chǎn)員工關(guān)于ISO文件等培訓(xùn)，確保生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場符合ISO要求；
Conduct ISO related trainings according to internal training plan to make sure ISO compliance on site;
7. 依照能力矩陣定期開展對新老員工的符合性能力考核；
Conduct employee competency evaluation in a certain period according to competency matrix;
8. 負責(zé)生產(chǎn)部所有ISO文檔的收集、分析、編錄、存檔工作，負責(zé)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)平臺的建立、維護和分析；
Be responsible for the collection, analysis, extracting and achievement of all ISO document, be responsible for setting up, maintaining and analyzing production database;
9. 完成上級交辦的其他工作。

任職要求Requirement

1.大專以上學(xué)歷，化工類專業(yè)College degree and above, major in chemistry
2.至少兩年以上化工生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗above 2 years in chemical production
3.良好的英語能力Good in English
