Technical support and report
? Collection and processing of applications for breakages and damages
? Research issues on the site
? Informing the senior management about problems with products
? Maintenance of statistics on breakdowns and damages
? Support and maintenance of pre-series

? To work on EDB system, collect, edit and share issue resolutions.
