Management ? To ensure After-Sales (services and parts supply) in his region to meet company requirements and targets (incl. PB requirements) ? Processing message and reports for KDI/Head of Service ? Manage and develop dealers’ service capability & capacity as PB standard ? Branch aftersales business development, including parts sales, service contracts, etc.. Dealer and customer support ? Annual service plan in respective region including cross-region harvest support plan with parts and resources? Field support budget- people, travel and equipment (Branch cost centre.), GOODWILL budget from central function. ? Providing support during the harvesting period, inspecting machines during harvesting ? Providing manual dealer support as diagnostics, repairs, etc. ? Familiarizing end customers with CLAAS products, by PDI and operation training process ? Keep machine availability, ensure customers’ maintenance and adjustment instructions, post harvest inspections ? Carrying out training tasks, with dealers and KA customers ? Executing SI- special inspections After-sales promotion ? Work with Parts sales function (CCN & Dealer), to promote original parts sales, as dealer sales targets. ? Supporting after-sales marketing campaigns, to promote after-sales products as: maintenance contract… ? Customer retention, as CRM, and star customer process.
