RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve the commercial targets for allocated accounts and/or regions - Identify new applications and opportunities based on market trend to drive sales and improve margin to encourage sales and margins. - Conduct market Research and analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision- making. - Manage the sales process, including order fulfilment, aftersales support, and resolution of customer complaints to maintain strong relationships. - Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including accounts, consultants, designers, associations and industrial institutes. - Starting and focus on Sports & Rec and Green Roof markets, with support from the current colleagues when less experienced in some fields. - Develop expertise in FPM technologies and apply them across various B&I markets. - Actively monitor industry and customers technical development, to align with the standards or guidelines of products and technology. - Handle and assist in development of marketing tools, such as datasheets, technical specifications, brochures, and promotional materials. - Lead seminars and represent the company at/with design institutes, associations, conference and partner training event. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Textile Engineering or Business Administration - 3-5 years International B2B experience, preferably similar role in NW, sports industry, or composite experience with technical or engineering background being advantageous. - Proven expertise in project sales with strong technical foundation. - Willingness to Travel Frequently within China region. - Identifying and connecting with strategic partners and securing relationships and business deal. - Strong business acumen and hunting competence with proven abilities to build and maintain long term relationship. - Technical proficiency with abilities to gain insights into customer applications and technologies. - Chinese native speaker or fluency in Chinese (mandarin) and English (both verbal and written)
