Position overview:
An industrial process engineers is responsible for lying the
fundamental of an automation setup. The role needs to figure out the process
from an overall point of view and design the process that is most suitable for
us. The role is also the leader for the output of key process parameters like
capacity, operator quantity, landing spaces, yield rate. 工業(yè)過(guò)程工程師負(fù)責(zé)自動(dòng)化設(shè)置的基礎(chǔ)工作。需要從整體角度理解流程,設(shè)計(jì)最適合的流程。負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵過(guò)程參數(shù)的輸出,如產(chǎn)能、操作員數(shù)量、落地空間和產(chǎn)量。
Role definition:
1.
Work as the interface of new
project/process request with R&D, manufacturing plants and other functions.
作為新項(xiàng)目/流程請(qǐng)求與研發(fā)、制造工廠及其他職能部門的接口。
2.
Understand the user requirement
and convert into technical requirement. 理解用戶需求并轉(zhuǎn)化為技術(shù)需求。
3.
Deep understanding of
manufacturing time (labor time, machine time, Takt time, change over time) and efficiency
calculation (KE, IE, OEE, NEE). 深入理解制造時(shí)間(勞動(dòng)時(shí)間、機(jī)器時(shí)間、客戶需求節(jié)拍時(shí)間、換模時(shí)間)和效率計(jì)算(KE、IE、OEE、NEE)。

Carry out the process analysis
in macro scale (End to End, Order to shipment) and micro sale (material loading
to output), in terms of material flow, information flow and other fields. 在宏觀層面(從端到端,從訂單到發(fā)貨)和微觀層面(從物料裝載到輸出)進(jìn)行流程分析,涉及物料流、信息流等領(lǐng)域。

Lead the manufacturing time
analysis of product architectures and assembly processes. 主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)和裝配流程的制造時(shí)間分析。
6.
Lead the overall manufacturing flow
architecture design of new processes and machine layout design. 主導(dǎo)新流程的整體制造流程架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和機(jī)器布局設(shè)計(jì)。

Lead the operation steps design
of specific machines/processes to meet the requirement of safety, capacity,
quality control and ergonomics. 主導(dǎo)特定機(jī)器/流程的操作步驟設(shè)計(jì),以滿足安全、產(chǎn)能、質(zhì)量控制和人機(jī)工程的要求。
8.
Make benchmark study on new technologies
of assembly, testing and inspection and confirm their industrial feasibility. 對(duì)新技術(shù)的裝配、測(cè)試和檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行基準(zhǔn)研究,并確認(rèn)其工業(yè)可行性。

Justify the best choice of
product architecture/design details by assessing the feasibility &
simplicity of the associated manufacturing process· 通過(guò)評(píng)估相關(guān)制造流程的可行性和簡(jiǎn)便性,證明產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)/設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)的最佳選擇。
10. Propose & justify (investment vs. assembly cost) the most
economical manufacturing process. 提出并證明(投資與裝配成本)最經(jīng)濟(jì)的制造流程。
11. Qualify and launch the assembly means according to industrialization
budget & schedule. 根據(jù)工業(yè)化預(yù)算和時(shí)間表,驗(yàn)證并啟動(dòng)裝配手段。
12. Organize and file the process documentation in accordance with
quality system and production Train plant staffs and transfer the industrial
responsibility to plants. 按照質(zhì)量體系和生產(chǎn)要求組織和歸檔流程文檔,培訓(xùn)工廠員工并將工業(yè)責(zé)任轉(zhuǎn)移給工廠。
13. Evaluate the supplier competency for external supplier mapping. 評(píng)估外部供應(yīng)商的能力以進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商匹配。
14. Participate in technical choices with external suppliers. 參與與外部供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)選擇。
15. Participate actively in the clarification of product & equipment
during project period (offer inquiry, equipment design & troubleshooting)
with external suppliers. 在項(xiàng)目期間積極參與與外部供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品和設(shè)備澄清(報(bào)價(jià)詢問(wèn)、設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)和故障排除)。審查、優(yōu)化和驗(yàn)證外部供應(yīng)商的設(shè)備解決方案。
16. Review, optimize and qualify equipment solutions from external

Education: University degree in Engineering (eg., Industrial

demonstrated ability to execute new technology development and introduction, production
line setup, continuous flow/processes improvement at shop floors, VSM and operational

Travel:
Domestic/Oversea Travel to supplier sites or global GN sites upon
