• Manage negotiations and contract and ensure compliance and implementation
• Better manage the daily work and efficiency to get the target

• Ability to manage pressure

Essential Duties

• Responsible for General Procurement materials purchasing and ensure the materials meet the production planning

• Analysis the risk and opportunities with current suppliers and new suppliers and build actions plan to avoid or reduce the risk and utilize the opportunities
• Support and coordinate with relevant Dept about the kinds of topics such as payment, urgency material and etc.
• Familiar negotiation strategy and use it in daily work to get the target.
• Main the good relationship with suppliers based on the General Procurement strategy.
• Familiar with work tools, and finish the work efficiency
• Implement contract process and ensure follow and implement the contract process
• Implement CFT process and take actions to get the target based on purchasing policy
• Solve the problems with solving problems tools
• Analysis and problem solving ability to solve the problem
• Efficacy way to better manage daily work
