job purpose

Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

Ensure the realization of the function KPI;

Ensure that IT requirements are realized during process & equipment development before SOP;

Continue improve IT related function in manufacturing process after SOP

Duties & Responsibilites

Modification, improvement of Siemens PLC program of production line； Analysis and resolve engineering problems；（must have）

Maintain the interface configuration between each system in the order manufacturing process(know MES);

Configure and maintain the IT equipment which are in production line (basic skill).

Configuration and programming for EOL Camera.

Familiar with Nutrunner and do part of programming.

Cooperate with the company to establish the standardization of software programming.

To complete other tasks from direct leader

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above

Production line program management.

Solve the loopholes in the procedures during manufacturing process, and change Program according to the production cycle time requirements and customer ECR requirements.

Dealing with faults and downtime caused by software during production.

More than 3 years of experience in automotive;

Skills & Personal characteristics

Analytical skills and logical thought;

Attention to detail and accuracy;

Excellent concentration level.
