Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Assit Office Marketing Manager to plan and implement the marketing initiatives to enhance Swire Properties Office Portfolio’s brand positioning and awareness in Chinese Mainland, focusing on four main pillars including branding, customer engagement, digital experience and sustainability development.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on sustainability initiatives, showcasing Swire Properties’ commitment to sustainability development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and achievements.
- Create compelling content that communicates our value proposition to business clients, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Plan, organize and participate in industry summits, conferences and forums to enhance office portfolios visibility and establish Swire Properties’ office solutions as a thought leader in the industry.
- Create targeted B2B marketing strategies to attract and engage potential corporate tenants and partners.
- Support individual portfolios’ annual marketing plan implementation and new project’s marketing work in preparation period.
- Assist in conducting office market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to support marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Office Portfolio Team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Work collaboratively with other marketing team members, other central departments and MO marketing teams located in different cities to foster a supportive and innovative work environment.

Experience/ Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the office solutions or related industry.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written in English and Mandarin.
- Prior experience in office buildings, commercial real estate, or sustainability-focused industries is preferred.
