1. Strategy Support establishing the current, medium and long term plans and follow the objectives based on the sales strategy. 2. Budget Support, set up and review of actual project budgets, compare activities and results with previously established project budgets and take appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations in line with Project Manager. 3. Acquisition of New Projects Support & pursue new business opportunities by collecting information in early stage of the sourcing activities; generate sales opportunities for the dedicated product range or segment, research on sales feasibility of products for customer. 4. Sales Processes, Communication, Project Management & Application Engineering Responsibility of defining product requirements for a specific project together with customer in line with internal requirements. Responsibility of commercial discussions for a defined scope in agreement with the company’s policy. 5. Market Observation Define demand potential as well as technical and competitors analysis and forward the information internally. 6. Customer Relationship Management Establish long term relationship to the customer and strengthen contact network within different customer’s organization, focusing on product development functions in order to be considered a strategic supplier of high technical competency. 7. Customer Complaints and Customer Satisfaction Ensure the processing of customer complaints based on quality standards. Constantly monitor customer satisfaction, analyze the results as well define and ensure implementation of measurements and actions for the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or mechanical engineering or related majors. 2. At least 3 years experience in the field of technical sales; 3. Knowledge and skills in automotive industry and sales management, including APQP, IATF 16949 etc. 4. Familiar with the project development process of GM,VW,Ford and other international OEMs; 5. Able to undertake travel around China or travel in Asian market. 6. Skilled in excellent negotiation and problem-solving. 7.Good English communication skills. Korean ability is preferred. 8. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
