Key Responsibilities:
1. ??Support in general administrative tasks,
including not limited to, scheduling meetings, organize logistics, planning and
managing calendar, tracking reporting requirements, travel & reimbursement,
visit arrangements and etc.
2. Responsible for monthly team
budget & spending reconciliation Assist teams and managers to complete
other tasks.
3. Support team member on key
projects’ PO & contract process from initiation to final payment
4. Coordination and preparation for
internal events such as team building, quarterly & annual meetings, and
other company events
5. Other projects or tasks assigned
by line manager
Skills and qualifications required:
1. Bachelor or above degree , 1~2 years above work experience as team
assistant
2. Written and basic spoken command of English.
3. Fluent on MS office software(word, excel, PPT)
4. Details-oriented and patient
5. Eager to learn and adapt to new environments quickly
6. Good interpersonal skills
