Key Responsibilities
Secretariat Responsibilities
1. Organize calendars and coordinate schedules for meetings between MP and partner schools.
2. Organize calendars and coordinate schedules for meetings for various MP internal committees.
3. Efficiently communicate necessary information regarding schedules (eg. Sending out invitations, providing pre-reading materials, etc.)
4. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
5. Take and distribute meeting minutes.
6. Follow up actions.
General Administration
1. Ensuring the student surveys are managed with partner schools.
2. Ensure student feedback is captured and presented to MP and partner management.
3. Coordinate between MP and partners for scheduling,preparation and distribution ofteaching andassessment materials.
4. Communicating and adhering to all relevant policies, procedures.
5. Provide high-level document translation and interpretation services to support
6.Provide on-going support to offshore teaching staff as a point of contact and guidance for administrative inquiries and issues.

Stakeholder engagement
1. Build andmaintain effective relationships with partner teachers and MP teachers, and administration staff.
2. Provide representation or support for offshore programs.

Audit and Compliance
1.Maintain comprehensive records such as meeting minutes, file notes on decisions reached and other communication to students such as orientation to facilitate an audit.
2.Ensure that teaching staff maintain adequate records as to teaching reports, marking, entering of results, incidents.
3.Schedule and keep records of Academic Integrity meetings.
4.Organize and keep records of student Academic Misconduct
5.Be a conduit for any student complaints and appeals ensuring documentation is maintained.
6.Ensure student and staff feedback is collated and recorded.
Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
1. Bachelor degree or higher.
2. An understanding of transnational education.
3 High level of written and spoken English (IELTS7.0 or equivalent).
4. A working knowledge of another Asian language such as Chinese (Mandarin), Indonesian,Korean or Vietnamese.
5. Excellent organisational skills including previous secretarial experience.
Desirable:
1. An understanding of transnational education.
2. A knowledge of Australian Vocational and/or Higher Education.
3. Effective self and work organisation skills, including ability to work quickly but accurately, ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure of work volume, ability to prioritise own tasks and capacity to work as part of a team.
4.Ability to use a range of information and communication technologies effectively including:
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Web, mail and conferencing software.

Salary:
6000 per month before tax
Double salary for the Chinese New Year
