職位描述
- 積極挖掘潛在客戶,并了解其業(yè)務(wù)模式和對服務(wù)的需求,為公司帶來更多優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶,推動業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;
- 積極并能成功地管理銷售流程:從挖掘潛在客戶,向新客戶推介、談判、達(dá)成協(xié)議、簽署協(xié)議,最終將交易移交給客戶管理團(tuán)隊;
- 通過直接溝通、面對面會議、社交活動、公共演講與電子郵件等形式,向潛在客戶展示Paymentwall產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)。
- 在行業(yè)活動和展會上代表Paymentwall,旨在獲得新的商業(yè)線索和聯(lián)系人,同時向其他行業(yè)專業(yè)人士介紹Paymentwall的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
- 及時了解全球支付動態(tài)以及潛在需要支付服務(wù)的客戶公司,緊跟市場趨勢,關(guān)注影響支付行業(yè)的問題;
- 在必要時與其他部門進(jìn)行有效互動,包括但不限于技術(shù)整合、營銷和客戶管理團(tuán)隊;
- 積極主動,努力為公司作出顯著貢獻(xiàn)。
資格:
- 商業(yè)管理、市場營銷、傳播或類似領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位優(yōu)先
經(jīng)驗:
- 至少2年以上的外向型銷售經(jīng)驗和/或B2B經(jīng)驗
知識與技能:
- 可靠、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),積極為客戶提供有效幫助;
- 具備優(yōu)先處理重要任務(wù)和客戶的能力;
- 有良好的儀表形象;
- 對新體驗和業(yè)務(wù)方式持開放態(tài)度;
- 快速、創(chuàng)新的思維;
- 適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),積極主動;
- 出色的研究能力
- 能夠了解公司情況并緊跟市場趨勢;
- 清晰簡潔的溝通能力
- 能夠向潛在客戶解釋我們的產(chǎn)品;

Responsibilities
- Be up-to-date about the industry and know how Paymentwall can provide a competitive solution for potential customers;
- Source potential leads or utilize lead lists provided by the team;
- Read industry news, interact with team members, and always be open to learning new things;
- Look for opportunities and be informed about the market and the trends;
- Travel and meet customers in person to sell and present Paymentwall solutions;
- Explore “the pain points” of customers on call, understand their needs, and propose solutions in a “high value” and “consultative sales” style
RequirementsQualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or similar is strongly preferred or relevant to marketing
Experience
- At least 2+ years of outbound sales experience and/or experience with B2B
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Reliable, knowledgeable, and available for customers even beyond office hours if needed;
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks and customers;
- Be presentable;
- Open to new experiences and ways of doing business;
- Fast and innovative mind;
- Adaptable and proactive.
