工作職責:
按照公司內(nèi)部流程,快速處理客戶需求;
快速有效處理客戶投訴,維護客戶關(guān)系;
及時反饋、解決客戶賬戶中各種問題;
保持和客戶的良好溝通,提前預(yù)警可能產(chǎn)生的問題;
收集整理客戶支付產(chǎn)品使用情況,并完成相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作;
領(lǐng)導分配的其他工作。
任職要求:
英文聽說讀寫流利,CET6以上;
認真細致,責任心強,工作積極主動,有團隊意識;
具備良好的溝通、學習能力,服務(wù)意識強;
熟練掌握office等辦公軟件;
有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
As an Account Manager in Paymentwall Inc., you will have to use your analytical and communication skills by providing personalized professional advice on different payment options to our top clients from different industries including online gaming, e-learning, dating and SaaS sites. You will become an expert in payment options from all over the world and will use this expertise with clients to help them increase revenue and improve their monetization strategy.
Job Responsibilities:- Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Should provide timely feedback and resolution of various issues in customer’s accounts- Should maintain good communication with customers and early warning of possible problems- Must collect and arrange customer payment product usage and complete corresponding data analysis
- Must collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration and others to ensure the merchant has all the necessary information
Job requirements:- Excellent in English writing, speaking: more than CET6
- Good communication, learning ability, strong service awareness;- Should be careful and meticulous. Has the strong sense of responsibility, active work and teamwork- Proficiency in office and other office software;- Relevant work experience and experience in the online payment industry are preferred;
