Key Responsibilities

? Work with manufacturer in establishing and improving QMS system and ensure it to be carried out strictly.
? Establish and improve site quality control system to guarantee the quality of finished products meet standards and requirements.
? Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant food safety standards and laws.
? Ensure product safety, traceability and recall practices implemented well by QM.
? Set up standards of variety of materials and carry out accurately.
? Monitor freeze-drying process quality.
? Validate the Raw Material quality to comply with specification.
? Monitor on-line QC procedures to ensure the delivery of safe product to agreed specification.
? Set up test standard and plan for WIP checking and packaging RM, testing WIP product, analyzing, summarizing and judging the result.
? Carry out structured audit of all process control, record and traceability regularly and follow up of correct and preventative actions.
? Coordinate external audits, formulate CAPA plans for non-conformances and verifying the corrections.
? Address and respond to customer complaints and corrective actions.
? Carry out quality management review and report to the management.
? Regularly organize skills training and quality awareness training to relevant personnel.

Qualification:

? University or above Degree in Food Science Engineering, Foods Quality and Safety, biotechnology or related subject.
? Strong understanding and practical application of HACCP/BRC/ISO and other National/International standards on food safety, quality principles and system.
? To have an understanding of the technical aspects of product specifications, product safety and workflow.
? Good command of English skills is a must, if additionally Arabic ability is preferred.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build up credibility and support within the existing team are essential.
? A high level of drive and self-motivation are expected and high level of integrity is critical.
? Strong learning ability, clear-minded, initiative, quick response and be able to work under pressure with a demanding timetable.
? Adapt to business travel included oversea.
