Key Responsibilities
? Provide technical support to improve freeze drying process technology.
? Guide WIP production, provide suggestions on freeze-drying parameters.
? Guide and train the drier sorting line layout, complete recording, adjusting and packaging till storage and shipping.
? Monitor to implement production plan and ensure dispatch according to ETD.
? Monitor production line process to ensure GMP, SSOP, ISO 9001 and HACCP perform to required standard.
? Monitor sorting line to ensure all FG to meet standard and customer’s requirement.
? Work together with factory to continuously improve technology, capacity, yield and efficiency.
? Train production employees regarding production procedures and rules.
? Feedback to Company management regularly for production situation and prompt reporting of critical issues.
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Food Science and Engineering, mechanical or related subject with comprehensive foods manufacturer knowledge.
? 5 years or above production management experiences in FMCG, familiar with the manufacture technology of FD is preferred.
? Familiar with food management system HACCP, GMP, BRC and related foods regulations;
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build up credibility and support within the existing team are essential.
? A high level of drive and self-motivation are expected and high level of integrity is critical.
? Good command of English skills is a must, if additionally Arabic ability is preferred.
? Strong learning ability, clear-minded, initiative, quick response and be able to work under pressure with a demanding timetable.
? Adapt to business travel included oversea.
? Salary is negotiable based on responsibilities as actual situation change.
