    Overall Responsibilities:
    ? Lead Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and refine system requirements with a focus on system solution analysis and business rule definition, ensuring alignment with both business needs and technical objectives.
    ? System Solution Design: Provide strategic guidance and analysis to recommend and define system solutions that meet business needs, including detailed system requirements and validation rules.
    ? Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior business analysts, fostering their skill development and alignment with Agile best practices, while ensuring high-quality documentation and successful project outcomes.
    ? Risk Management: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to requirements, configurations, or system integration that could impact project success.
    Job Description:
    1. Sprint Planning and Final Requirement Development:
    ? Review business requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of project goals and scope.
    ? Develop Configuration Analysis Documents (similar to System Requirement Documents) as the primary deliverable for the Final Requirement stage.
    ? Define validation rules to support accurate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
    ? Collaborate with developers and test engineers to address technical challenges and risks related to final requirements.
    ? Ensure that all documentation is detailed and actionable to effectively guide sprint development.
    2. Sprint Development Support:
    ? Actively participate in sprint planning and sprint reviews to ensure alignment across the team.
    ? Provide clarification and support for Configuration Analysis Documents and validation rules during development.
    ? Work closely with test engineers to create test cases and validate sprint deliverables against final requirements.
    ? Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues promptly.
    3. Post-Sprint Activities and Knowledge Sharing:
    ? Document newly developed features and configurations in user manuals, system upgrade guides, and other reference materials.
    ? Prepare and maintain training materials for internal teams and stakeholders.
    ? Maintain and enhance internal knowledge bases to ensure consistent and accurate documentation.
    4. Pre-Sales Support (On-Demand):
    ? Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing technical insights and supporting documentation.
    ? Prepare datasets and demonstration environments to showcase system capabilities.
    Create detailed demo scripts and technical overviews for internal use.
    Key Qualifications:
    ? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like CBAP are a plus).
    ? 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or similar roles, with a proven track record of managing complex requirements and technical documentation.
    ? Extensive experience in Agile Development, including defining requirements for sprints, leading refinement sessions, and ensuring successful delivery.
    ? Expert-level technical writing skills, particularly in producing Configuration Analysis Documents, validation rules, and other key system documentation.
    ? Proven leadership skills: Ability to mentor junior team members, ensuring high-performance collaboration in sprint-based environments.
    ? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve risks in requirements, configurations, and system integration.
    ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams (developers, testers, and business stakeholders).
    Preferred Skills:
    ? Experience leading large-scale or cross-functional projects, particularly in global or cross-cultural software development environments.
    ? Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
    ? Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
    ? Multilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin preferred), especially in environments with global teams or clients.
