Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1. Administrative management 行政管理:
· Formulate,improve and implement the company's various administrative management systems
to ensure that administrative work is regulated and standardized. 制定、完善和執(zhí)行公司各項行政管理制度,確保行政工作的規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化;
· Organize the planning, preparation and execution of company-level meetings and activities, including meeting arrangements, material preparation, personnel notification and venue set-up.組織公司級會議及活動的策劃、籌備和執(zhí)行,包括會議或活動安排、材料準(zhǔn)備、人員通知和場地布置等;
· Responsible for the management of company documents, notices and files, including the drafting and issuing of documents or notices and filing of files.負(fù)責(zé)公司文件、通知、檔案的管理,包括文件或通知的起草、發(fā)布及檔案歸檔等;
· Responsible for the processing, annual inspection and change of company licenses. 負(fù)責(zé)公司證照的辦理、年檢及變更等工作;
· Manage the company's office equipment and administrative related fixed assets and responsible for following up on procurement, maintenance and inventory.管理公司辦公設(shè)備及行政相關(guān)固定資產(chǎn),負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)采購、維修、盤點等工作。
2. Daily administrative work 日常行政工作:
· Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's environment and office facilities, including cleaning, safety, maintenance of facilities and equipment in the office area, workshop and factory, etc., the management of cleaning staff, and the billing management of public resources such as network, fixed line, water and electricity;負(fù)責(zé)公司環(huán)境、辦公設(shè)施的維護(hù)和管理,包括辦公區(qū)域、車間、廠區(qū)的清潔、安全、設(shè)施設(shè)備的維護(hù)等,清潔人員的管理,網(wǎng)絡(luò)、固話、水、電等公共資源的賬單管理;
· Responsible for the management of the company's canteen and staff, including the purchase of raw materials for the canteen, daily staff scheduling, cleaning and hygiene,internal and external inspections, estimated meal times, food safety and expense management;
負(fù)責(zé)公司食堂和工作人員的管理,包括食堂原材料購買、人員日常安排、清潔與衛(wèi)生、內(nèi)外部檢查、預(yù)估餐次、食品安全及費用管理;
· Responsible for the management of company vehicles and drivers, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, insurance, fuel cards and expense reimbursement; 負(fù)責(zé)公司車輛和司機(jī)的管理,包括車輛調(diào)度、維修保養(yǎng)、保險、加油卡及費用報銷等;
· Responsible for assisting in business travel matters, including booking of air tickets and hotels, and assisting colleagues in the company to apply for business visas and working visas;負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助商務(wù)旅行事宜,包括預(yù)訂機(jī)票、酒店,協(xié)助公司同事申請商務(wù)簽證、工作簽證等;
· Responsible for the management of the doormen to ensure the orderly entry and exit of the company's personnel and vehicles; 負(fù)責(zé)門衛(wèi)的管理,保證公司人員、車輛的有序進(jìn)出;
· Responsible for the company's daily attendance, leave management and corresponding reports,including attendance and leave checking, summary and confirmation to ensure the work timely and accurate;負(fù)責(zé)公司日常考勤、假期管理及相應(yīng)報表,包括考勤和假期的核對、匯總、確認(rèn),保證及時且準(zhǔn)確無誤;
· Responsible for the reception of company's visiting guests, including arrangement and service work;負(fù)責(zé)公司來訪客人的接待,包括安排和服務(wù)工作;
· Responsible for the procurement and distribution of employee benefits, such as holiday gifts and daily benefits; 負(fù)責(zé)員工福利的采購和發(fā)放,如節(jié)日禮品、日常福利等;
3. As the first responsible person, the administrator will supervise and manage administration comprehensively to provide great support and services for the company. 作為公司行政方面的第一責(zé)任人,進(jìn)行全方位行政工作的監(jiān)督和管理,為公司提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的行政方面的支持和服務(wù);
4. Continuous to improve administrative process, policy, supervision and management to meet the requires of company business development.不斷優(yōu)化和改善行政方面的流程、政策和監(jiān)督管理工作,以滿足公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要;
5. Responsible for the safety management of people, facilities and equipment in public areas and other administrative related areas, in order to make the factory a safe, clean and healthy workplace. 負(fù)責(zé)公共區(qū)域及其他行政相關(guān)區(qū)域的人員、設(shè)施設(shè)備的安全管理,使工廠成為一個安全、整潔和健康的工作場所。
6. Responsible for management of subordinate, including recruitment, training, coach, development, motivation,performance review and communication, performance improvement etc. 負(fù)責(zé)對下屬的管理,包括招聘、培訓(xùn)、輔導(dǎo)、發(fā)展、激勵、績效評估及溝通和改善等;
7. Other works arranged by leader. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Qualification Requirements 任職要求
1. Education Level教育水平:Full-time College degree or above in management major or related field, major in English is preferred. 管理類或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專或以上學(xué)歷,英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2. Experiences經(jīng)驗:At least 3 years’ experience in administrative management field. Experience in team management or mechanical manufacturing is preferred.至少3年以上行政管理經(jīng)驗,有團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,有機(jī)械制造領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
