Job Description:
1. Assist in dealing with accounting affairs, such as financial booking, stock management, customs clearance, etc.
2. Responsible for accounts receivable and payable;
3. Responsible for placing purchase order;
4. Review the original documents such as expense reimbursement and vendor payments;
5. Responsible for administrative affairs, such as office supplies purchasing;
6. Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in accounting or business administration;
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
3. 3+ years relevant working experience is plus;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Initiative and attentive;
6. Native, can speak Cantonese & Mandarin
