1、完成工廠運(yùn)行費(fèi)用及成本年度預(yù)算編制、執(zhí)行反饋和分析
Organize and make the mid/long-term/annual budget，analysis the variance of the budget and actual
2、確定各項(xiàng)成本指標(biāo)，進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的成本月度分析，并提供成本分析報(bào)告
Breakdown the KPIs to each department. Prepare monthly cost report
3、參與成本控制管理制度設(shè)計(jì)與成本目標(biāo)規(guī)劃
Support the cost control management and set up the cost target
4、跟蹤降低成本項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度（VAVE）
Follow up the cost reduction and VAVE projects
5、參與項(xiàng)目預(yù)算編制，對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展進(jìn)行跟蹤，嚴(yán)格控制項(xiàng)目投資在預(yù)算內(nèi)執(zhí)行

6、項(xiàng)目階段負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤設(shè)備投資的總花費(fèi)，并且跟蹤設(shè)備變更情況

7、協(xié)助設(shè)備投資及工藝運(yùn)營策略的財(cái)務(wù)分析
Faciliate financial analysis for equipment investment and manufacture operational strategy
8、協(xié)助完善各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流程，防范運(yùn)營的內(nèi)控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
Get to optimize the business workflows. Control operation risk within the company's policy
9、編制資金計(jì)劃并督促工廠嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行
Make the payment plan and supervise it strictly implemented
10、支持工廠和物流部門完成庫房管理流程與制度
Support logistic department to complete the warehouse management system
11、支持工廠和物流管理部門完成月度循環(huán)盤點(diǎn)與年度盤點(diǎn)
Support the inventory cycle count and annual count.
12、組織完成對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)人員財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)流程的培訓(xùn)

期望要求
1、會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷
With the major of accounting, financial management or related, with bachelor degree or above
2、5-8年以上財(cái)務(wù)管理或財(cái)務(wù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有大型制造型企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
5-8 years’ experience in financial management or financial analysis in manufacturing company will be preferred
3、能夠熟練使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等常用辦公軟件
Have good skills in MS Office like Word Excel and PowerPoint
4、能夠熟練掌握計(jì)算機(jī)的操作和SAP的應(yīng)用
