POSITION OBJECTIVE 職位目標(biāo)

Sales Trainee is 12-18 months training program designed to train the new hires for future sales force or application engineer.The trainees will be trained to gain products knowledge, specific industry process knowledge, application knowledge etc. These individuals will also undergo on-the-job training to implement all the skills and knowledge they have learned.
銷售培訓(xùn)生是一個(gè)12-18個(gè)月的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，目的是為將來(lái)儲(chǔ)備銷售或技術(shù)應(yīng)用人才。培訓(xùn)生將會(huì)得到產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、不同行業(yè)工藝、技術(shù)應(yīng)用等相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，還會(huì)安排培訓(xùn)生在不同的崗位上學(xué)習(xí)。

4、 Willing to take additional responsibilities, good negotiation competency and able to work independently.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE 教育/培訓(xùn)/工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1、Bachelor or Master degree in Automation, Process Management, Mechanical Engineering and related engineering majors.
2、Fluent Spoken & Written in English, CET4 and above
3、Fresh graduates or 1-2 years working experience
4、Working or internship experience in instruments, process control, automation is preferred.
