職位描述
工作職責(zé)：
1.按公司產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)要求完成各項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證工作,如PV試驗(yàn)，DV試驗(yàn),溫度沖擊試驗(yàn),熱老化試驗(yàn),產(chǎn)品耐久性試驗(yàn)等;

2.根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展要求評估實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備維修和更新,完成相關(guān)設(shè)備詢價(jià),比價(jià),采購,驗(yàn)收等工作;

3.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)要求進(jìn)行原料檢測,化驗(yàn),產(chǎn)品檢測等工作,需要外部檢測資源時(shí),與第三方完成檢測服務(wù)的詢價(jià)、比價(jià)、物料郵寄并跟蹤、反饋檢測結(jié)果。

4. 定期完成家電產(chǎn)品ROHS、REACH、PAHs、TSCA、VOCs、PFAs、POPs等檢測工作，聯(lián)系第三方機(jī)構(gòu)（必要時(shí)進(jìn)行詢價(jià)、比價(jià)），準(zhǔn)備各種原材料、零件及完成品打包郵寄，跟蹤、反饋檢測結(jié)果，并按要求提交至客戶端系統(tǒng)。

5.定期完成廠內(nèi)檢具校準(zhǔn)工作，聯(lián)系第三方機(jī)構(gòu)（必要時(shí)進(jìn)行詢價(jià)、比價(jià)）來廠校準(zhǔn)，協(xié)調(diào)入廠校準(zhǔn)事宜，跟蹤校準(zhǔn)檢測結(jié)果.

7. 定期完成對實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器設(shè)備等進(jìn)行日常點(diǎn)檢和維護(hù)保養(yǎng).設(shè)備和設(shè)施出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),協(xié)調(diào)工廠維修人員,設(shè)備供應(yīng)商等進(jìn)行溝通,故障診斷和維修等工作.

8. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作相關(guān)文件的編制: 如儀器設(shè)備使用指導(dǎo)書,試驗(yàn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,儀器設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書等.

職位要求：
1. Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering，Electronic Engineering or related.

2. Good knowledge of good automotive industry standard requirements (such as IATF16949, MSA, etc.).
