Job Description

1. Review customer inputs, collaborate

with product engineer / QA & finalize documents to communicate customer
independently.

2. Lead quality issues, containment &

work with AE/PE/QA to complete 8D conclusion acceptable to the customer.

3. Maintain customer’s scorecard

system/website, review customer latest requirement, 8D actions follow up.

4. Summarize Voice of Customer to key

functional depts. after customer visit / regular CSS.

5. Interact with customer after continuous

improvement implementation.

6. Participate customer QBR, courtesy

visit & audit, introduce factory advanced technology, CI activities to the
customer.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in EE, Chemistry,

Physics, Material Science or related disciplines.

2. Experience power semiconductor

packaging & test, 5~10 years.

3. Good command in English, Microsoft

Office tools, AECQ stds/FMEA/6Sigma. IATF16949/VDA6.3 qualifications is a plus.

4. Active & optimistic personality, demonstrate project management, analytical skills & problem-solving attitude.
