1. 根據(jù) NPI(新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入)流程,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)光伏/蓄電池產(chǎn)品逆變器/電源/BMS 硬件從概念設(shè)計到量產(chǎn)的設(shè)計和確認
Lead the design and qualification of inverter/power supply/BMS hardwares on photovoltaic/battery storage products from concept design till mass production per NPI(new product introduction) process.
2. 與系統(tǒng)團隊一起定義產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)規(guī)格,設(shè)計權(quán)衡,驗證測試,產(chǎn)品和工藝確認
Work with system teams on defining product system specifications, design trade off, validation test, product & Process Qualification.
3. 根據(jù)應(yīng)用選擇合適的電路拓撲,元件,PCB 布局等
Select proper circuit topology, components, PCB layout etc. per application.
4. 驗證硬件選項,分析電子故障并實施糾正措施
Validate hardware options and analyze electronics failures and implement the corrective actions.
5. 與采購,質(zhì)量和供應(yīng)商合作,確保產(chǎn)品成本,可制造性和質(zhì)量
Work with sourcing, quality and suppliers to ensure product cost, manufacturability and quality.
6. 了解電氣產(chǎn)品安全和性能法規(guī)/標準(UL/CE/ANSI…),并將其應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計
Understand electrical product safety and performance regulation/standards (UL/CE/ANSI … ) and
apply to product design.
7. 根據(jù)電路工作原理、仿真工具、測試結(jié)果等進行技術(shù)審查,并清楚地說明硬件設(shè)計的有效性。
在公司文件系統(tǒng)中記錄專利和設(shè)計細節(jié)
Conduct technical review and clear illustration of hardware design effectiveness with circuit operation principle and simulation tool, test results etc. Document patents and design details into company documentation system
8. 在項目執(zhí)行過程中與本地和全球團隊進行有效的溝通。主動管理技術(shù)風險并與利益相關(guān)者溝通
Effective communication with local and global teams during program execution. Proactively manage technical risks and communicates to stakeholders
任職要求:
1. 本科以上學歷,電氣工程/電子/自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree above in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Automation or related
2. 5 年以上電源/控制產(chǎn)品設(shè)計及量產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗
5+ years experience in designing power/control products and launching into mass production.
3. 扎實的電力電子(DC-AC, AC-DC 和 DC-DC)拓撲實踐經(jīng)驗,包括 1/3 相多級逆變器,LLC,相移全橋,降壓,升壓,反激,維也納整流器等
Solid practical experience on power electronics (DC-AC, AC-DC and DC-DC) topologies, including
1/3 phase multi-level inverter, LLC, phase-shift full bridge, Buck, Boost, Flyback,Vienna rectifier etc.
4. 有豐富的高壓功率半導(dǎo)體器件選型經(jīng)驗(IGBT, Si/SiC/GAN MOSFET,二極管等),以及功率電感和變壓器的磁性元件設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。熟悉柵極驅(qū)動器,模擬/數(shù)字電路的開發(fā),精通系統(tǒng)效率和EMI 優(yōu)化
Stronge experience with high voltage power semicondor selection (IGBT, Si/SiC/GAN MOSFET, Diodes, etc) and magnetic components design of power inductor and transformer. Good knowledge on developing gate drivers, analog/digital circuits and proficiency on system efficiency and EMI optimization.
5. 對系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性/逆變并聯(lián)/MPPT/數(shù)字電源動態(tài)響應(yīng)控制理論有深入了解,擅長 Matlab、PSIM、SPICE 等電路仿真
In-depth knowledge on control theory of system stability/dynamic responsce for inverter
parallel/MPPT/digital power supply, and good at circuit simulation with Matlab, PSIM, SPICE, etc.
6. 有嵌入式編程(DSP/FPGA)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Experience on embedded programming (DSP/FPGA) is a plus.
7. 良好的人際交往和溝通能力,優(yōu)秀的英語口語和書面表達能力,英語四級以上。適應(yīng)全球團隊的出差和夜間電話會議
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent verbal and written English, CET4 above. Be adaptive to business trips and conference call during night time with global teams.
