崗位職責Responsibilities, 1.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任完成和各內(nèi)部及外部部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作,協(xié)助完成各類商業(yè)目標和活動的準備文件; Assist South-East Asia Regional Head to Complete the coordination with internal and external departments,Assist to complete the documents for various business objectives and activities. 2.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任整理歸納商業(yè)文檔并翻譯日常商業(yè)報告; Assist South-East Asia Regional Head to organize and summarize business documents and translate daily business reports. 3.協(xié)助與東南亞目標市場監(jiān)管局的溝通,包括會議組織、資料準備、會議記錄、資料存檔等。 Assist to communicate with local Market Supervision Bureau, including meeting organization, data preparation, meeting minutes, data archiving, etc 4.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任處理各類行政及外部公共事務(wù)的溝通事宜(政府、外部客戶及供應(yīng)商等); Assist South-East Asia Regional Head to Handle all kinds of administrative and external public affairs communication (eg.government affairs, external customers and suppliers, etc.) 5.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任完成研究調(diào)查,主動了解內(nèi)外部信息,供領(lǐng)導決策; Assist South-East Asia Regional Head to complete research and investigation, take the initiative to know the internal and external information for leadership decision-making. 6.上級要求及安排的其他臨時工作 Work closely with other departments, complete other tasks arranged by the superiors. 任職資格Requirements and Qualifications 1.學歷要求 Educational Requirements 本科以上學歷,專業(yè)不限,國際貿(mào)易、國際公共關(guān)系等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in international trade, International public relations or related field 2.工作經(jīng)驗要求Working Experience Requirements 1年以上助理/行政相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉越南醫(yī)療或醫(yī)藥相關(guān)的行政流程 More than 1 year of assistant/administrative work experience, familiar with administrative processes related to healthcare or medicine in Vietnam 3.知識能力要求 Knowledge and Skill requirements, 優(yōu)秀的溝通表達能力,英語、中文流利,如對當?shù)卣Z言有一定了解優(yōu)先考慮 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English and Chinese,knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a plus. 4.其他補充信息 Additional information 越南居民,熟悉當?shù)匚幕蜕虡I(yè)環(huán)境,積極,有完成工作的內(nèi)在動力 Vietnamese citizens or permanent residents who are familiar with the local culture and business environment, proactive, and have an intrinsic drive to complete their work
