PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct
IT compliance checks to ensure the company's IT practices comply with relevant
regulations and standards.

2. Write
and revise IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and
compliance.

3. Conduct
customer audits to ensure consistency between customer requirements and company
policies. Includes internal auditing, making an audit plan, and addressing
outstanding actions from certification/supervisory and customer audits.

4. Responsible
for the IT certification process, including preparing and maintaining necessary
documentation and records.

5. Cyber
incident prevention involves implementing security measures to reduce the risk
of cyber-attacks and data breaches. These measures include hardware, software,
training, and evident analysis.

6. Data
privacy and compliance. Include Data protection rules, Data classification,
Risk identification, third-party security management, Internal training, and
compliance audit.

7. Collaborate
with other departments to ensure IT security and compliance consistency across
departments.

8. Fluent
in English reading and writing, effectively communicating with international
teams and customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's
degree or above in computer science, information security, or related fields.

2. 3-5
years of relevant work experience in IT security or compliance.

3. Experience
in formulating and implementing IT compliance policies.

4. Participated
in IT certification and customer audit processes.

5. Experience
in large multinational company

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Have
a relevant background in IT infrastructure or compliance knowledge.

2. Familiar
with IT compliance regulations such as ISO 27001、ISO
20000.

3. Experience
working in a cross-departmental environment, able to coordinate different teams
to achieve compliance goals.

4. Good
communication skills and team spirit.

5. Able
to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficient
in Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
