Job Responsibilities
Location: 壽光宋家稻莊稻田鎮(zhèn)
1. Personnel management
- Employee recruitment (mainly greenhouse worker recruitment).
- Assist signing and managing labor contracts for farm workers and do induction
training for new employees.
- Formulate and implement the administrative management system and process of the station.
- Summarize the attendance of the personnel on a monthly basis and report to the station manager.
- Develop and implement employee benefits & team building activity annual plan.
2. EHS management
- In accordance with the ESH management system and process of the HQ, combined with the actual operation of the station, establish and improve the ESH management system.
- Liaise with the relevant person in charge of ESH at the headquarters to report the current status of ESH management of the station and convey new ESH information.
- According to the actual situation of the station, the company's system and relevant laws and regulations, formulate the annual ESH management plan, compile training materials, and implement the training.
- EHS related data statistics (including water consumption, electricity consumption and vehicle fuel etc.)
3. Documents management
- Update and management of the administrative documents of the station.
- Update and management of production management data/documents of the experimental station (including the use of agricultural materials, workload, etc.).
4. Warehouse management
- The establishment and improvement of the warehouse management system.
- Annual budget and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordination, maintenance and management of office materials, including the management of office materials, PPE, agricultural materials and other materials.
5. Others
- Liaise with bank, tax bureau, government administration and other departments.
- Publicity of the station, slogans and other matters.
- Visitor reception.
- Employee Kitchen management and supervise.
- Other matters temporarily arranged by relevant leaders.
Qualifications
- College degree or above majored in English, administration etc, experiences as a clerk in an agricultural company preferred.
- Good planning, execution, communication, organization and management skills.
- Good Word, Excel, PPT and other office software skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
