6. Other tasks arranged by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Have experience in bidding procurement, contract work, and target cost control work;

More than 2.5 years of experience in cost management of real estate projects;

3. Have good professional ethics, work rigorously, seriously, and have a strong sense of responsibility;

4. English proficiency is preferred for employment.

5. 新點(diǎn)計(jì)軟件，廣聯(lián)達(dá)圖形算量等計(jì)價(jià)軟件操作；

6. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。

任職要求：

1. 有招標(biāo)采購、合約工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、有目標(biāo)成本控制工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2. 5年以上房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. 有良好的職業(yè)道德，做事嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；

4. 會(huì)英語優(yōu)先錄用。
