Job Responsibilities 1. Research products with new design or technology, analyze market situation and identify fashion trend. 2. As a coordinator, work with marketing and sourcing guy to source outstanding product. 3. Analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify factors affecting product demand. 4. Track sales trends and analyze sales data to manage in-season opportunities or risks. 5. Work closely with stakeholders to support in-season key concepts, items, and product strategies and meet the brand requirement. 6. Fully understand the supplier capabilities, product lead-time and sampling capacity. 7. Have common sense of pricing structures and understand the costing implications of the design to ensure the best possible sample suggestion. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1. Bachelor Degree or above 2. Strong analytical skills and fashion sense 3. 3-5 years of fashion retail buying, merchandising experience is preferred 4.
