「Job Responsibilities」
1. Be responsible for docking the recruitment needs of business departments, formulating and fulfilling recruitment plans, developing and managing recruitment channels, and improving and implementing recruitment processes.
2. Assist the department in optimizing the talent structure, searching for middle and senior-level talents, and maintaining and updating the company's talent pool.
3. Pay attention to market trends, introduce key core talents, analyze their sources, and construct a talent map.
4. Participate in the management of employees' probation period and resignation management, analyze the reasons for resignation, and provide corresponding improvement suggestions.
5. Strictly abide by the company's recruitment process systems and compliance requirements, and participate in the continuous optimization and improvement of institutional processes.
6. Assist or take charge of company-level projects, such as campus recruitment and other recruitment empowerment projects.
7. Analyze the recruitment data funnel and make work improvements based on the data.
8. Other in-group tasks arranged by the leader.
「Job Requirements」
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of recruitment work experience, excellent past recruitment results output, rich recruitment experience for key and difficult positions, and the ability to use English as a working language.
2. Have experience in executing the entire recruitment process, be able to formulate reasonable recruitment plans according to business and positions, be responsible for recruitment results, and have a strong result orientation.
3. Possess good data analysis ability and interpersonal sensitivity.
4. Excellent language expression, communication and coordination abilities, strong recruitment process promotion ability, sharp insight ability and analytical judgment ability.
5. Be positive, optimistic, and proactive, with extremely strong stress resistance and self-motivation, and pursue excellence.
