Responsible for HSE management, inspection, monitoring and other function service on the construction site, ensure to take solution action for hazards and HSE issue timely, obey the assignment from HSE supervisor, assort HSE supervisor to complete the task.
1、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目HSE管理，檢查，監(jiān)管和其他現(xiàn)場工作
Responsible for project HSE management,inspection,monitoring and other function service on construction site
2、確保采取措施控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，及時(shí)上報(bào)主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
Ensure to take solution action for hazards or HSE issue,report major hazards timely
3、檢查并監(jiān)管關(guān)鍵作業(yè)或高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作業(yè)
Inspect and monitor the critical high risk activity
4、與應(yīng)急組一起參與應(yīng)急演習(xí)，事故調(diào)查等
Participate in the activity that organized by ERT such as emergency rescue, drill, accident investigate and dispose ect.
5、參加HSE檢查，編寫風(fēng)險(xiǎn)跟蹤報(bào)告并跟蹤解決問題
Attend HSE inspection fillout hazards tracking report and follow up issues and actions
6、協(xié)助HSE主管開展HSE會議
Assort HSE supervisor to conduct HSE meeting and activity
7、參加班前會并指導(dǎo)施工人員安全作業(yè)
Attend Tool Box Talk and guide HSE work of construction crew
8、執(zhí)行公司HSE體系，與國家法律法規(guī)一致
Comply with national laws and regulations, implement HSE system of company
崗位要求：
1、大專及以上
Junior College or above
2、安全，環(huán)境，海洋工程相關(guān)專業(yè)
Safety,Environment, Engineering, or related
Safety, environment, project management, Oceaneering ect.
3、從事現(xiàn)場安全管理工作3年以上
3 years’ experience for cinstruction site HSE management
4、基本英語能力Basic English.
很強(qiáng)的組織計(jì)劃性和人際交往能力；良好的人際溝通和交往能力
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, outstanding communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
